Science has shown us – and we will show this here as well – that learning is easier if we add play and fun to the process. We elevate our brainwaves through play and fun to a theta wave, which increases focus, more bonding abilities, and a more empowered experience. This info is extremely valuable when we consider that book learning, or reciting back the information we have been given is not the best learning methodology.
We need fun, it gets our blood moving, it opens us up to new experiences, and we are adding new synapses to our brains, combining more with the connection between the two hemispheres which is neuroplasticity and a great benefit to play and fun and improvisation.
